After I talked to you Thursday I hit the south Venice jetty with mixed results.Got one nice (oddball) snook about 5 pounds, and one flounder. Saw one person catch a sheepshead but overall pretty slow. Friday I went to Placida and caught lizardfish. There were definitely more sheepshead at Placida, but it wasn’t the numbers that I’m used to seeing this time of year. This week seemed pretty slow … minus snook. El Jobean around the old trestle and from the bridge is producing lots of fish. Take care,
